My rabbit is normally not affectionate in the slightest and this morning when I patted him he licked my feet! Does that mean he likes me now?

Love is a human term. But him licking your feet is a very good sign. http://www.rabbit.org

He may. Or your feet may have been just slightly more smelly and salty tasting. It's hard to say. See if he continues to do it.

Could be that he's "coming of age" and your feet are the only thing he can reach!
