I read this book ages ago, and am looking to relive that experience by reading it again. Appreciate all help to locate this title

I could not find a book called The Man Who Controlled the Universe. However I did find a book entitled " The Man Who Used the Universe" which was written by Alan Dean Foster. I hope this is helpful.
