I take it you are using internet explorer (The default windows browser) if so follow these steps:
Internet Explorer and other web browsers have the option for saving user names, passwords, web addresses, and other data you enter into forms. You need to turn this function off:
To erase AutoComplete forms history in Internet Explorer:
• Select "Tools" then "Internet Options".
• Open the "Content" tab.
• Click the "AutoComplete" button.
• Click the "Clear forms" button to delete all AutoComplete form data and/or click the "Clear Passwords" to delete restored passwords.
To prevent Internet Explorer from automatically completing forms, such as filling in names, e-mail addresses, passwords, credit card information, etc that you have entered previously on a web page, you can turn off AutoComplete feature:
• Select "Tools" -> "Internet Options".
• Open the "Content" tab.
• Click the "AutoComplete" button
• Uncheck the necessary options.
• Click OK.
Hope this helps

On Safari explorer which I assume is what you are using, you go to history and just click on clear history, you can also go to the apple logo on the left top side of the screen and click recent items and then clear menu Good Luck Lemme know if you need more help ;)

I know of a really cool utility. It clears everything. I've been using it for years. It's free and totally safe. There's no spyware or any hidden programs in it. Check it out.
CCleaner. It stands for "crap cleaner".
