first wash, take all seeds out, chop small, put in the jar with vinegar keep longer and put some cooking oil on the top, cover it , put in the fridge keep longer

Anything that has meat in it can be canned as follows:

I use quart and pint jars to can in. I use a pressure cooker. Prepare the jars and contents as you normally would if cooking to be used right away. For quarts, you can add 1 tsp salt , if you haven't already salted the contents (1/2 of that for a pint). Head space is 1" for quarts and 1/2" for pints. Get the water to boiling in the pressure cooker, make sure the jar and contents are hot, screw the lids on, place the jars in the pressure cooker vessel, attach the lid, and place the tickler valve piece on top. After you reach 10 psi pressure on the pressure cooker, cook for 90 minutes. Shut heat off, wait until all pressure has gone, remove lid, and then remove the jars. Happy eating.
