My scrotum seems a lot bigger than it was and when I touch it, it seems that there are a lot more veins in there now than it used to be

Sounds like you have is called a varicocele. I varicocele is characterized by scrotal swelling and pain. Veins within the sac become full /dilated. You should see a doctor for this condition. Your doctor will do a physical exam on your scrotum and may order an ultrasound exam to confirm your condition.

Sounds like a condition a wee bit more serious than mere blue balls or excess masturbation. thus the best remedy is to go to yoru doctor, drop your drawers and get him or her to examine all your male parts thoroughly. A bit of embarassment in the exam room is far better than letting this slide and winding up with all exposed to a surgical team if it turns out to be a condition that could get serious if left untreated.
