Is not really your hair color that determines make up color. Its skin color. You could have jet black hair and porcilin skin or red hair and olive skin. So whats your skin color?

What I did was buy a make-up palette and just started to blend. Once you have the eye make-up on you know what works and doesn't. I usually go to sephora ,Macys, Duane Reade or ulta the beauty store and wait to till they have the palette sets and go for there. If you buy Mac or the other stuff. You will end up spending alot of money.
I don't usually go to the make-up artist in the store because they don't have a clue.

Look at Ryan Ross's make up. He's got dark hair, and he always seems to find the perfect colours. Lol.

HE usually uses pinks and blues, so I would suggest them.
