I'm moving to Vancouver soon & hope someone can tell me a bit about health cover there...does the province cover everythign or is there private health cover as well?

You have to pay MSP which is a scam - and it only covers basic health care - there is private coverage too for medications, etc.

First of all, where are you moving from?....coz it's same as it is in any canadian province and territory.
