I'm not going to say no, because I'm not really sure what I believe in. I have an open mind, and I think anything is possible. I also think there is a lot that the human mind cannot understand/register.
So.. If I was to be reincarnated, I'd love to come back as any type of marine animal. I love the sea, and I feel a really strong connection to it.
I also have odd flashbacks of living in Japan - people and places etc... so I wouldn't rule out that I may have lived there in a previous life...

But as far as I know about reincarnation, people are always reincarnated as people.

I believe in it. I would come back as baby and start my life over again. Learn from my mistakes and do things different.

I believe in it-I think we can come back as anything but I'd like to stay human! just to come back as a totally different person in a totally different world from mine.

People come beck as something they use to hate in their previous life. That's just my opinion. The reason is: People would then understand other things, even the ones they hate most.
Following that theory, just think what you would be in your next life!
