I asked many friends, most of them dream once or twice a week, some even seldom dream.. But i dream every single night! I know i have been imaginary since young, but is it too much? I dun really think much b4 sleep too..
Is there something wrong with me? Does it means i dun sleep well every night? Does dreams mean i only fall into shallow sleep instead of deep one?

No idea, I am exactly the same, I know I don't sleep well, however my dreams are something my Friends are jealous of. I dream of sex most times not only sex but it always finds a way in. I have many intense nightmares and love it, often I know it's a dream and have jumped off tall buildings landed and jumped off again, the only ones I hate are Airplane ones, up down up down like a big dipper. Dream On and enjoy.

As some already said, we all dream every night. this occurs during the REM cycle. When you remember a dream its because you woke up during an REM cycle. This is often a result of drug use: caffeine, alcohol, narcotics, etc. This is supposedly an unhealthy occurrence for our minds.

everyone dreams -- you just have better memory of them than most. dreams occur in both light and deep sleep. i don't know how you sort them though. most people that only light sleep do so because they take meds to put them to sleep.

Either you are sleeping more than enough or you do less of physical work.

Sleep a normal 6 - 7 hrs everyday and do enow physical work or excercise to tire your body.
You will have non-REM sleep and no dreams.
