Call me old fashioned and hyper practical but I like my cars simple and good looking. Thus I like the 1962-1965 nova's and the 1967-9 corvairs. I also like the 1953 Studebaker commander star liner. The 1955-6 Chevy. The 1960-1963 ford falcon while none of these cars are super powerful they are practical and still get lots of attention where ever they go. That is something can never be said of todays cars unless you pay into the stratosphere and even then you might still be left with an overpowered clone. The cars I choose were affordable when they 1st came out and even today are still affordable by collector car standards.

The one that never breaks down, needs very little servicing, does 100 miles to the gallon, looks good, and is big enough to take a family of 4. They've not made that kind of car yet, unless you know different.

There has only ever been one "favorit" car - the Skoda Favorit.
Now my "favourite" car would be something completely different, but as you didn't ask, I'm not telling.

In reality, I think it would need to be a subaru impreza or Mitsubishi lancer evo. I like the idea of top-end performance with the practicality of a family saloon (I have kids!)
Ultimately, I like Hummers, they'll go almost anywhere you point them!
