Depends on how quick you can get the documents to the loan officer. Some banks have in-house underwriting departments, and can make a decision in a day or two. The actual appraisal and title work can take a few more days, so start to finish, if everything is lined up, you can get it done in a little over a week, but more realistically it takes at least 2 weeks.

Arranging a mortgage can take only a week to get a reply if you will get one.... the rest, as in buying a house and moving in will take another four weeks at least as solicitors seem to take for ever to just sign a bit of paper.

If everything is perfectly ok then 3-4 weeks from application to offer, then there's the exchange of keys.

But, if there are problems with stuff like the valuation/property or if there are any issues with the searches the solicitors carry out it can be made longer.

takes a few weeks. Go to a mortgage advisor (you can find them in estate agents) they will ask for stuff such as wage slips and bank statements. They will search which mortgage is best for you and then you can decide whether to apply or not. A couple of weeks later you will have your result, then you can start buying!

ood luck!

I arranged my last two on the phone in about half an hour, then they mail the papers and all signed up within a week.
Sounds like everyone else lives in a slower world than me.

After chatting with a private loan adviser you choose for right here... final 3 financial employer statements and final 3 salary slips for the two your self and your important different. A council tax invoice for evidence of cutting-edge tackle (uncertain why?) For money laundering reasons, a duplicate of the two your passports or start certificates the quantity of deposit you're offering against the deepest loan. be certain the deepest loan adviser isn't charging you a broking provider value in any different case flow someplace else!
