I would think that bear would sleep the most in winter, but bears are usually living near montains or forest land. A climate with the longest winter would allow for longer hibernation times. I would say Canada. Is Canada a country or a nation? Well the nation that contains Canada would be your best answer. But also Greenland. I am not sure exactly.
