U'r kidding?
if the sun was not round, then the world would die in several days because of burnt and cold.
If it had an angle, then one side of the planet would get the hottest spot in the world and another would be a northen polar.
So why u need all this?
Nature has created the world initially with equal opportunites.
I don't want another sun, I love this one!!!!!!

I wouldn't make it a defined shape. I would just make it as abstract as possible. Or-I would totally sell out and make it a neon light of some corporate giant. Like Nike or Wal-Mart.

I wouldn't change it's shape because then I may want to stare at it and that wouldn't be so good for my eyes.
