There many global conflicts involving Muslims and non-Muslims around the world, however they are mostly low-level asymetric conflicts. Examples include conflicts in Eastern Indonesia, Philippines, Nigeria, Israel/Palestine and Chechnya.

There are however very few countries in the world which are both Muslim and belligerent to their neighbours. Pakistan has issues with Hindu India. Eriteria, Sudan and Somalia have issues with Coptic Ethioia. And Israel is surrounded by countries that have one time or another been actively hostile to the existence of the Jewish state.

It is unlikely that an extremist state (like what the Taliban turned Afghanistan into) would emerge to be both hostile and capable of managing a modern army and state necessary to wage war.

Instead the biggest concern is from hostile non-state actors like al-Qaeda and Hezbollah who can be supported in failed states where they can work against their enemies with impunity. The great advantage about being a terrorist is that you are not a signatory to the Geneva Protocols.

Well, the Muslims--or at least the vocal ones--have a campaign to Islamize the Western world. Their tactics are Islamic terrorism, and their first announced step is to wipe Israel off the face of the map.

The Hisb'Allah terror group has taken credit for most of the attacks against Israel. In some of them they are joined by other Muslim terrorist groups, such as the El Aqsa Brigades, which is part of the Fatah group to which the "President" of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas ("Abu Mazen") belongs.

The tragedy of 9/11 was the worst Islamic terror attack against the United States. When the world wakes up to this danger, they can start putting things in order, but the very first priority is to ensure that Iran does not obtain nuclear weapons.

No, I think world war 3, might be over a discussion of Israel or something--everybody supportign muslim countries (china and russia), and the USA supporting Israel...so that when a massive war gets--or ends up happening in the middle east....USA and china-russia go to war---well not to war, but supply arms to the ones goign to war.

...which would then "spill" to other parts of the world.

wirth europe split in between. It would not be asmassive as previous wars...but big enough to be significant in modern times.

Any conflict is undesirable and brings destruction and dying. all human beings would desire to crave for peace and do each and every thing to stop the conflict. possibly the conflict is between muslims and christians, yet we would desire to do each and every thing to place experience into the two of the occasion, because of the fact if even considered one of them heavily needs peace, there is an threat of evading the conflict, and all the evils linked with the conflict. The third international conflict, would be greater detrimental and speedy than the two the 1st and 2d international wars prepare. we've weapons of mass destruction, that kill thousands in seconds. the consequence of the conflict is likewise particularly unpredictable, and could no longer pass to the better. for this reason overlook ego, overlook satisfaction, think of of your little ones, and pray to god that we've not have been given to any extent further wars. Have we no longer progressed sufficient to make peace with our brothers, in spite of the undeniable fact that stressful they may be.

It is difficult to say. Are Americans or Dutch prepared to fight, side by side with Serbs and Russians, against Albanians and Chechens? And what about moderate Muslims, such as Uzbeks, Kazakhs etc.? Will they fight side by side with extremest Muslims? No. Actually I don't think this kind of WW3 can be realistic.
