It's called Bibidi-Bobidi-Boo, and it's from Disney's Cimderella. The fairy godmother sings it when she is getting Cinderella ready for the ball. It was composed by Al Hoffman and was sung by Verna Felton, and I believe someone called James MacDonald also sings part of it (i think part of t he backing bit)

Its actaully called "Bibbedty Bobbetty Boo" and was originally performed in "Cinderella" by the Fairy Godmother. A few years later, Louis Armstrong did a version of it.
