Purchased a new KitchenAid Builtin and have it set at it's lowest setting (34 degrees). The interior shelves are fine. The door shelves are just holding at 40 degrees, but the two bottom vegetable bins are never lower than 45 degrees.

Normal temps for a refrigerator. It is suppose to be 40 degrees and the vegetables don't keep well at 40 so it is designed to be a little warmer at 45 degrees.

I dunno Farenheit but the fridge should be below 5 degrees Celcius.

The freezer should freeze and as quickly as possible. So the perfect temp is as quick but yet as economic as poss.
