i couldn't find any difference between these words... would anyone will like to clear something about it.... i have seen 'connexion' word in a company's name which deals in financial business...

the word CONNEXION is just the shortcut for connection and connexion is the U.K. WORD i think?

Connection usually denotes a link between objects, people etc...
Connexion is just a short form!!

They are exactly the same.
I think that "connexion" is okay to write in the U.K. In the USA "connection" is the only possibility.
