you don't have to tell her off at all.
the next time she calls you up for something, politely decline. if she keeps calling, just say "i'm afraid i can't, good luck though." she'll get the message that she can't exploit you any more.

somtimes the truth cannot be told without hurting others, but the truth prevents one from being hurt any further.
you are a good friend who cares of others being hurt. so just say how you feel in your own words.
