hm... good point... there aren't many tomboy anime girls with long black hair. Most tomboyish girls are portraited as short brown hair and a spunky attitude... though Kagome from Inuyasha, I find her more of the rough, tomboyish side and that she wears her school uniform because....uh....idk!! :'(

Well there is Clannad and it's second season, Clannad: After Story. The male lead has blue hair and the female, brown. However the female lead's hair isn't long, it's shoulder length.

in Fruits Basket, there's Rin, who's never shown in the anime. she's tomboyish with long, flowing black hair!
