I agree with everyone--to drink water (at least 4 glasses a day or more).
I use a trick that really works for me. Instead of makeup I'll apply neutrogena or oil of olay oil free sunblock. It has sunblock and a moisturizer and I love how it makes my skin look healthy and glowing! I even put it on at night if I'm going to a club because it makes my skin look great!

Lots of things contribute to glowing skin. But, here are some major things you can do to make sure you just glow. 1. drink a lot of water. Water prevents all kinds of skin blemishes, and it also contributes to your skin looking more even, and more glowy. Whenever I OD on water (haha) people always comment on my skin. 2. Use a gentle scrub (I like St. Ives Apricot Scrub) twice a week (everyday would be too much and lead to skin irritation) and apply a good lotion afterwards. Shedding the dead skin cells from your face exposes the fresh ones underneath leading to a glowing complexion. Older women know that keeping up with exfoliation makes you look younger. ;) 3. Use a daily moistorizing lotion that advertises using words like: "brightening" or "radiant." This usually means that the lotion formula has something in that has a shimmer like effect (not glitter, shimmer. Usually this shimmer is because something in the lotion refracts light). My personal favorite is Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer. Another good one is Eyeko's daily face moisturizer. 4. A good orgasm (even self-applied). Nothing makes your skin glow more than the blood rush of a good afterglow. Bonus! It usually lasts for about three hours and it puts you in a good mood.

Plenty of sleep, water, a good diet and fresh air. Always use a moisturiser with a built-in sunscreen, and cleanse your skin morning and night.

I use bourjois skinlights. When I first started wearing it, people told me how healthy and glowy it made me look! It comes in natural light, peach light, pink light or a golden light. They are all very subtle and you wear it under your foundation or on its own.

use body scrub on your skin and then some shimmer powder. If you're referring to your face...then use a microdermabrasion and follow up with lotion, then apply bronzer. :)
