Purpose (by Johnson and Johnson) has a moisturiser with an SPF of 30. It's a UVA and UVB sunscreen.
I have the SPF 15 version that's oil free and it works great.
I use the moisturizer every day and if I'm going to be outside longer, I'll put on an additional sunscreen.

The best way will be for you to actually purchase a moisturising cream with a sun block added (SPF 15 minimum) - people like Este Lauder/ Clarins have this in their product range.
if not possible then sunblock should be put after the clean/ moisturiser session to be effective and prevent pore blockage.

I don't think you need to put so much sunblock, because your skin will adjust to the light. And the skin will increase numbers of melanin (pigment) which is your tan!.If you have recently moved there, put sunblock for maybe 1-2months.

Over, I think. And I think it's best if you put the moisturizer, let it be absorbed by the skin, then put the sunblock, let that be absorbed, and only then start applying any other make-up.
