Go.. have a good time. The baby is protected very well and the noise isn't going to hurt him/her.

Hello your BFs friends are just looking for a boys night out. If you haven't had any complications and your check ups are all good. GO. With my first son I sang in an alternative band, he was born perfect. With my second son I was a Lifeguard, he was born perfect, with my daughter I was still playing softball and volleyball until it was too hard to move easy (about 7 months). That's a load of crap. Have a great time at the fights.

I don't think that there is a problem. We went to a few action movies when my wife was pregnant. The babies definately woke up and started moving around during loud action sequences. But our child also responded similarly when we were in church and the priest's voice came over the PA system. No hearing problems...no emotional problems after birth. You are pregnant...not quarantined. You are still allowed to have a life.

My ex said that when I was pregnant with my son, but that was because he wanted to have a guy's night out without the burden of his pregnant wife.
There's nothing wrong with going somewhere noisy every now and then, but a lot of doctors will tell you the same thing about noise as they do about caffeine... In moderation. The amniotic fluid protects against high pitches, but can amplify low (bass) tones.
Tell your boyfriend and his friends that unless they have M.D. behind their names, that you're going to listen to YOUR doctor.

When I was pregnant I went to concerts and tonnes of hockey games! The only I would say is be prepared for a very active baby. My son to this day still loves to watch hockey.

I dont think the noise has much affect on the baby but what you feel and experience by watching the fight might harm the baby, eg. if you get scared or shocked that might affect the baby or start to feel bad sick.

There more then likely going to be lots of smoke and/or drugs there.... I personally would not go....
This of course is your choice, you need to think of your baby now....forever and ever your life is no longer your own....

Should be ok, as long as it doesnt get too loud (which I dont think it does for long) but here is the potential problem.
