I am DEATHLY afraid of SPIDERS! Just the thought of it makes me cringe! And its so bad that I believe it has become a PHOBIA!

I have had many sleepless nights due to those eight-legged critters. If I see a spider at the far corner of my room right before I was about to sleep, I would stare at it and track its every movement the whole night--Making sure it doesn't come a foot near me. Sometimes I leave my room and just end up watching tv. But as long as I live, I refuse to be in the same room with a spider when im unconcious.

When I was a little guy, I was scared to death of clowns. I always thought they would try to get me, somehow, in my bed, creeping out of the shadows. Now that I'm older, I've realized that it was childish. Most of peoples fears derive from childhood experience. Today I wonder if not having or living with a personal fear may make me too care free. God says don't worry about stuff, so I really try not too.

falling. i know, it's random, but it's a feeling of having no control. like falling off a cliff or a building with nothing to catch you or hold you. that gut feeling where your heart and stomach flies up into your throat, and you just cant stop it. i hate it!! i mean, it hasn't happened, and i know it's highly unlikely, but i get a little bit of that feeling when i'm on a roller coaster and the ride drops a little, and i would hate to feel that any more intensely.

I feared being alone
until I learned to like myself.

I feared failure until I realized
that I only fail when I don't try.

I feared success until I realized that I had
to try in order to be happy with myself.

I feared people's opinions until I learned
that people would have opinions about me anyway.

I feared rejection
until I learned to have faith in myself.

I feared pain until I learned
that it's necessary for growth.

I feared the truth until
I saw the ugliness of lies.

I feared life until
I experienced its beauty.

I feared death until I realized
that it's not an end, but a beginning.

I feared my destiny until I realized
that I had the power to change my life.

I feared hate until I saw
that it was nothing but ignorance.

I feared ridicule until
I learned how to laugh at myself.

I feared growing old until
I realized that I gained wisdom every day.

I feared the future until
I realized that life just kept getting better.

I feared the past until
I realized that it could no longer hurt me.

I feared the dark until
I saw the beauty of the starlight.

I feared the light until
I learned that the truth would give me strength.

I feared change until I saw
that even the most beautiful butterfly
had to undergo a metamorphosis
before it could fly...

If you want to take your mission in life to the next level,
if you're stuck and you don't know how to rise,
don't look outside yourself. Look inside.
Don't let your fears keep you mired in the crowd.

Abolish your fears and raise your commitment level
to the point of no return, and I guarantee you
that the "Champion Within" will burst forth
to propel you toward victory.

I use to fear being afraid, then I saw this one day-

"Fear knocked on the door. Jesus answered, and no one was there."

That took care of my fear of fear.

God Bless..

My biggest fear is prunes.
Have you ever heard what those things can do to a human body?
Pure evil, I tell ya.
