why when trying to log into my league pool room i get an error that I have been barred?

Im in the palace of pool pool league yesterday when trying to get into the game room I got a yahoo alert saying Im barred till november 17 theres no problem with my billing status or anything

If you were not abusive to other players and got reported, then You are a victim of Yahoo’s Spam guard! Here is what’s going on.
