I don't understand why you're asking this question. If you believe the Bible to be true you wouldn't even be asking this question, because according to the Bible Eve and the Devil were seperate entities. On the other hand, if you didn't believe the Genesis story, then you'd be apt to think both Eve and the Biblical Devil are fictitious, so whether or not they were both the same would be irrelevent. I can't answer your question, really, until you tell me what kind of worldview you have.

No... Eve was as much God as she was the Devil. Only the Devil is the Devil and even he reeks of God.

No, Adam's first wife Lilith supposedly became the serpent that tempted Eve.

Adam wasn't happy with the fact that Lilith wanted to be an equal to him so God supposedly turned her into a serpent and then created Eve to be more subservient.
