Here is a short poem that I'm instantaneously thinking up as I write this in response to the release of the greatest next-gen console ever made(at the present):
"Oh how beautiful the world seems today with the release of the PS3. Suddenly the air is fresh and clean and I'm overjoyed to have experienced this event. The wait is long but not in vained. Oh what beautiful graphics you will provide O' dearest PS3. Oh what speed you will provide my dearest PS3. I am forever thankful to have laid my eyes upon you. You are definitely worth it."
Ok, enough with this corny poem. Yeah it's silly but that is what I was experiencing when the PS3 launched. Wow everywhere I went there was a huge line of dedicated PS3 fans - which proved that the PS3 will be very successful for the coming future. It will be the best next-gen console in my honest opinion, well, for at least 10 more years.

And I just looked at e-scam (bay) web site they got certified thieves selling the PS3 anywhere from 25k up to and INCLUDING 3 MILLION!
er the three million bid didn't stay around long when I reported it to e-scam.
Now 1k on a 600 system ok fine but 25 THOUSAND?????? NO effin way.
Ebay should be ashamed of themselves for letting this crap get out of hand.

PS3 will be 200 dollars in 2009 I bet i would not pay 500 bucks for the system. The first version of PS2 was huge and as time went on the system got smaller with parts, and better durability features and quality. Sony is losing 300 bucks to sell the PS3 Sony got the losses buried by other ventures make profits. The games in the next 18 next months will put the PS3 into the black. PS3 will be a great system, but song running into technical issues with high costs products like this. Long run Nintendo could system that is Chevy Impala of Video Games console, and the Sony the Ferrari of video games. The game consules, and games remind of pharmutueals the prices go down after the allure wears off the patents and other goods. PS2 started at 300 bucks after 5 years its 130 dollars that is lot of system in 2006. In 1994 dollars that would be 89 dollars actually. The Nintendo Game-cube would be 60 dollars new in 1994 dollars. The younger generation go it good with games. lol

I played games on a PS3 development kit at work (EA Sports) over a year ago and was impressed with it. Only thing is that it did not look anything like the final release. Looked like a tan PC tower with a PSP hanging out for a controller. Graphics were cool and game play fantastic, even for beta games. I got my PS3 free from my landlord who works for Sony in Foster City, CA three days ago and am impressed! It's a great investment!

the PeS of 3 is not here tens of thousands of people are not going to get a PS3 because of short supply yeah they brought it to market a whole what 40k? if that! Plenty of people are going to get a raincheck try putting that under the tree for Timmy!

10 years i dont know about that- that is a really long time. But for the monment suck up all the joy because it is the best console on the market.
