I don't actually know what your question means, your wording is hard to follow. So instead, I'm going to take a wild guess at the question you meant, and then answer that one.

Depending on what you're doing, yes. You may never actually save it, but lots of applications that make use of the internet or other networks cache data for fast access, save things to temp directories without your knowledge, or may even log or archive things on the server side. You may have IM conversations saved on your drive somewhere without knowing it, or if you go in for the tin foil hat kinds of theories, your ISP may be watching every packet you send. The moral is, if you're worried about data being too sensitive to risk, and you're not certain it's being sent securely (good, strong end to end encryption, or over a trusted channel), don't send it.
