No, it is not a weakness. You can avoid it by putting your mind to somewhere else like the cloudy sky during sex.

No, it is not a weakness. Actually it is a more or less common problem. However, there are some good techniques that can help delay ejaculation. There's some good info on WebMD.

well the problem is usually it takes a woman quite a while to reach her orgasm if a man ejaculates and is done he usually rolls over and goes to sleep and the woman is terribly frustrated, if you can please your woman with your hands and mouth before you enter her then the fact you ejaculate fast is of less concern, however once you are with a woman quite a while you might calm down and not ejaculate so quickly.

If it is a weakness then there are a lot of weak men out there.Jack off befor you have sex with your partner,that will delay it.

yes, actually, it is more common in more men than you may think, although they will not admit it..
pre ejaculation usually occurs when you focus too hard on the act of having sex, rather than 'making love'
anyways, my advice to you is not to focus too hard on reaching orgasm, but enjoy the moment.. not just the feeling..
and also, if it helps, take your mind off of it every now and then..
but still manage to remain allert..

talking with both types i realize the ones who can't wait either don't know how to really please a woman or don't care

Or master bate thirty minutes before sex.
Or concentrate on your partners needs and yours will take longer.

I heard that if she pulls on the sac, it delays it. But the problem is does it hurt to pull on the sac. If she grabs to hard ouch?
