lolololol, pain became my inspiration, it opened my creative and allowed words to pour forth as never beforeyou tell me...........shining like a beacon, his light cut through my darkness. the sunlight of his smile, warmed my cold soul. unable to stop, i basked in his glow. blinded by his beauty, i couldn't see the danger. now i'm drowning in torrents of tears and the melting of my frozen heart. silver blood addictive, his laughter intoxicating. one smile and i was lost. his kiss captured my heart. now like smoke, he's floating away. naked and freezing, i long for the fire of his love. forever looking o're the horizon, for the return of something that was never there.

Not really. I lost my husband this year, everyone says "you are only 20 you will get married again" but no I don't think I could ever ever get married again.. I will just be alone, raise my daughters when they move out and have their own families prolly become the "cat woman." I am verrrrry thankful I got my children, so I wouldn't change a thing.. Almost wish I would have never felt true love, because life without your true love is hard as hell..

some never find love, much less true love, & I am fortunate 2 have 2 in my life & even thru all the pain, yes, tis better to have loved & lost, than to have never loved at all..
just one woman's opinion,

h*** no!! and whoever said that had obviously simply went insane from the insuing depression of having loved and lost. Ignorance is most deffinately bliss in this case.

no...love is basically a waste of time, it only feels good a short while and then years later you are still trying to figure out why you wasted your life with ??? dogs are better, they love you for being you, they don't cheat and lie to you, they don't eat much and they snuggle really well.ps. most men are dogs, but actually not ever as nice as a real dog!

At least one revelled in that intoxicating illusion.
The alternative is sad. If one hasn't loved, they haven't lived.
Of course, there are many forms of love.
