No - they don't even have to be notified. If he/she is under arrest, they can be present, buy there is no tequirement thst you mudt br present..

If by juvenile you mean under 18 years of age...then yes you do...but if the 'juvenile' is 18 or older...then he is considered an adult and does not require an adult present. be aware that DUIs are much heavier for people under the age of 21...many states have a zero tolerance policy...that is...being caught with only one beer in a person under 21 could be considered a DUI...
