mail your cv to many recruiment agencies. you find a lot of them online.
it is important to find a sponsor before you come here. your sponsor has to provide you with a labour card and an employment visa. all costs on the company.
you also can come here on a visit visa and look for a job.
it's not easy to give you the right information without knowing what kind of job you are looking for, where you are coming from and in what gulf country you want to work
