Take a length of Duct tape and wrap it around your hand with the sticky on the exterior. Press it on your cloths and pull it off. You won't get it out completely, doesn't matter what type it is, you can try hair spray though. Saturate the area, leave for 10 mins and wash in warm water.

Ordinary paint "thinner" from teh paintshop will do
