Both ways depending on context.
If you ask, this one or that one, I will say nee-ther one.
But I would also say, nye-ther I nor Charlie could aswer the question.

Depends on the context.
When i'm explaining or describing something to someone, i'll say "nye-ther".
When i'm just answering a question, "nee-ther" works for me.

In the south, it is Nee-ther. Unless you are trying to be all high & mighty then it is Nye-ther.

i say Nye-ther. But sometimes, when I say "neither do I" for instance, I pronounce it "nee-ther"
