If its a one off, deceive the man, they can't always get it right.
But if it becomes a habit, you need to set him straight. i reckon showing a man what to do with his hands is good thing other wise they would never know.
If its a permature ejection problem, try the squeeze techique:
Get him to tell you when he starting to come. Hold him just below the penis head with your thumb and forefinger - the thumb being at the underside. Hold tight until the feeling fades.

What good it is to discuss the performance if it is not to be repeated?
I mean if He is bad are you going to give him second chance? If yes then you can tell him how to go abt it or how to do it in your way. This is for not hurting him. But again men do not like taking instructions from women.
Its entirely upto you. Just think abt what u r going to get & then say it if it pleases u.

sex is no fun if its a one way street. if i am being ineffective then i want to know what to do differently. women seem to think we should know everything on pleasing u. the truth is every woman is different. u each have ur own turn ons and different things that gets u off. some women its easy to please and others r more difficult. but taking the time to get to know the one ur sleeping with, makes it alot more fun.

lie to 'em honey, otherwise you'll give 'em performance anxiety and it'll be worse. you need to "train" them ,the way you like it, but be subtle. the male ego is fragile. and then there are those who dont care if you climax or not as long as they get off. those are the ones to avoid!
