It will not harm the baby..Even if it was harmful your liver does a pretty good job of filtering it before it gets to the baby.Congratulations

I didn't realize vinegar was a danger to an unborn baby.

i doubt it will have any effect.. i read that it can help jump start labor when your late.. Im 9 months pregnant and i tried it .. and all i got was some heart burn.. so i highly doubt it !
