STOP!!!! THINK for a minute here -- and really LISTEN to those who know you the best. There are some IMPORTANT Points to think about:

You just got your real estate license, and are starting work for a broker. OK -- that is fine ... but really ... have you thought about BENEFITS? You know, are you on salary -- do you have a medical, dental, hospitalization plan -- life or disability insurance -- is it enough to live on your own and pay your own bills -- well into the future?

and ... now that you are in the 4th year -- WHY GIVE UP NOW -- you do realize that NOT having a Degree is a Financial Disadvantage in moving up in ANY Business Environment -- so how in the world do you think you will be able to branch out into property management, mortgage brokerage, or any other specialization in Real Estate that will allow you more earning power IF you do NOT have a degree with you?

Thats a enormous ouch on your paretns, I desire they do not take it tough. Students are doomed to do good in institution while they're there due to the fact that they wish to be there and now not due to the fact that their mum and dad wish them to. So might be you will have to consider approximately this, if its your fourth 12 months you're now not a long way from completing. Can you drop to part time or much less time and do each matters whilst? Are you definite that that is what you wish, and that your mum and dad pays for you the following time you sign up if you make a decision to move in? What approximately exchanging your primary and doing whatever that captures your concentration a few extra? Is it that you're depressed? I could endorse that earlier than you do whatever so enormous and impacting, you talk with a institution counselor in order that they may be able to aid you investigate what's great. Your mum and dad will have to even be mindful of all this due to the fact that they're the only sacrificing their cash so that you can get an schooling that almost all persons best dream approximately. I pay for my possess schooling, loans, offers you identify it, I wrestle and pressure, cry and often think like that is it, however I do not stop, probably by means of figuring out this, you can also hold making the hassle to take an additional step, graduate and simply get out. Best needs to you!

It's your life & people do quit right b4 they finish. It's up 2 U. What will life b like if U do quit? No degree, no job that U / some 1 paid & studied 4 yrs 2 get. Like throwing money away U have nada. Can U live w/ urself ( or ur 'rents?) Then what will U do 4 work & income? Will life get better soon? Will school work b easy 2 pick up & finish later? Not likely since quitting usu makes things worse. Is there some harm in continuing? U can get some thing out of this later.

Just stick it out a little longer.
That degree is why you are there, not so much what they teach you.
College is like a test, weed out the people that can't take it.
that degree shows employers that :
a. you can stick with something
b. the Degree is kind of a "passed inspection stamp on you"

please stay in for the short time you have left, you will never regret staying but could regret leaving forever.

I feel the same way about were I am going to school and have gone over this a lot in my head.

You say you´re not getting anything out of college. I doubt it. Of course, what you are now is a result of all your experiences so far. Besides, a college degree is exactly what will give you better opportunities in the future. So, don´t give up! It´s just one more year (or so).

try to study by yourself some informative subjective books to get some knowledge and share with others then you may like it because of the interactiveness and interest that may develop in the time being.Everyone is trying to talk to you so consider their views and then take a decision.Your parents must have thought of it earlier than you.Dont take a decision in haste and repent later.Good Luck.
