I have a mild lisp (eg. i pronounce all my "th sounds" as "s sounds")

Do women find this attractive, repulsive, or are they indifferent?

There are 1001 variables that contribute to or detract from attraction. I can't say the lisp would be a deciding factor either way, for me. It depends on your other attributes.

Actually, I just met a gentleman a little over a month ago that had a lisp. He was a very confident salesperson. I found the lisp to be an interesting part of his character, in fact, that it added to his character. It was the confident nature about him that stood out. So, consider yourself as possessing a facet of character that would only add to the confident air about you
