One of my friends goes to the Grosvenor Victoria Casino on Edgware Road. I have only been there once on a Friday night and there were about 200 people playing for a tournament.
They have tournaments on other nights too.
Even where there are not any tournaments going on, you can hire poker tables from about £4 per hour (but they are a bit slack at collecting the cash sometimes) or more if you want a dealer. They will organise you into tables of 10 and add people as people drop out.
