Now-A-Days All this is complete rubbish!!!! 2 Step, Throw some D's, at as quickly as To The financial corporation, Lip Gloss, Pop Lock And Drop It, All this is rubbish!!!! I save on with the actual music. ninety's Hip-Hop, The Artists Then actual positioned some thought Into Their Lyrics. It Had A which ability!! Now, they only positioned something On A record! for this reason i'm warm, And All That, complete rubbish!!!

Start off with Tupac, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Warren G as they are pionneers of Hip Hop. Then there's Eminem, Nas, Jay Z, Method Man and Redman, Jada, The Game, D12 that are also fabulous.
You will love Hip Hop after you listen to these guys

Kanye West, Common, Nas are hip hop, actally rap artist that have a more conscious and positive image and have timeless music. I do not fancy Snoop Dog, he plays of the OC type kids a lot to make his money and fame. It's sad really, and I'm from the LBC. Look towards underground and more meaningful artists that are not making music just to make money.
And make sure you know the difference between hip hop and rap music.

Snoop dogg tight! he got a new song wit R. Kelly called That's That. Other artist you should try listening to are Young Joc, The Game, Akon,Jay-Z, TI, also u can watch 106 & Park on BET, they lots of Rap/R&B music videos.

Ok, there is Eminem, and D12, Chamillionaire, Black Eyed Peas, Missy Elliot, Ciara, 50 Cent, dont forget Tupac, and Ludacris, Cypress Hill, De La Soul if you want to listen to old school hip-hop. I don't know a lot more, I like Rap and Hip-Hop, I just know a lot more Rock groups, i'm more into rock

All those artist the other people mentioned are good, especially the west coast rappers, but if you want to listen to someone good and unknown, listen to Gangstarr. Try looking for their CD "Moment of Truth" its the best. I think him being from the east, they are kind of unknown in the west.
