many websites are there....search google...about tutorials..on web designing...as now a days websites.are developed on many platforms...and u can't learn every platofrm ...but start from basic..HTML and basic JAVa...and then u can choose the language as per ur prefernce...
and even many institutions are teaching the same...just make sure...that u learn thing on ur own ....use internet ..it will be a grt and best teacher for ..anyone..
