It's not going to affect contraceptive pill (microgynon30) is it? A sales person said 'no' but she was kind of bussy too. I just want to make sure.

i work for holland and barrett - the sales person would have been disaplined by me for being too busy for a customer.
epo and clo are ok with the pill, both will complement womens problems well. for pms though try taking a 1300 dose epo as it regulates hormones better. the clo is good at helping prevent ostioperosis which is more common in women

Cod Liver Oil and Evening Primrose Oil do not affect the contraceptive pill at all. I used to take both supplements when I was on the pill and had no problems whatsoever.

No it won't affect the contraceptive pill. It would tell you on the packaging anyway. If you're not happy with that, phone Holland & Barrett and ask.
