if this is for a pc i reccomend going to the website xptweaks.com its very helpful. it will show you how to increase virtual memory and give you info on rebuffing memory as well as a multitude of other great resourses.

try to sit in a dark room with absolute silence with a candle lit. sit beside the candle and observe and concentrate on its flame for about half hour. it will help a lot to increase ur concentration.try it out . best of luck.it really works . believe me.

try to memorize things regularly, like your liscense plate or a simple phrase. try and memorize short poems and as you go along, start memorizing longer ones. that's how i memorize.
