Leo/Scorpio

This is a fervent blend of personalities, with strong emotions and passions brewed up hot on a cosmic burner. Both of you are fixed personalities -- you're not given to changing your stance, so when you two don't see eye to eye, the dishes could start flying! Still, to watch Scorpio-Leo couples, you can't help but wonder if they deliberately egg one another on just to have the opportunity to get steamed up and overwrought and then fling themselves into the sweet lovemaking that inevitably follows.

The dynamic tension of both of you wrestling for control keeps this relationship teetering on the edge, but it appears that is exactly where you both prefer it -- it certainly keeps things exciting! The heat you two generate is so intense it could light a bonfire. Scorpio's power is more mysterious and emotional, with a wide and deep spectrum of feelings. You can't always know the extent of your Scorpio's feelings because those still waters run deep. Scorpios speak little and aren't likely to wear their hearts on their sleeves. They think this may compromise their position, at least in the beginning. Initially it is easier for your lover to feel your affection than the other way around.

You are ruled by the Sun, and your smile could melt polar ice caps! Scorpio's joint rulers are Mars, the warrior, and Pluto, lord of the underworld (and all things existing under the surface). This is why their feelings can't always be discerned, and it gives them their legendary mystery. When a Scorpio loves, he or she loves with his or her whole heart, an obsession you can only guess at. You will get a hint of it in that bewitching gaze Scorpios are known to give the ones they love. With Scorpio, everything is in the eyes, the mirror of the soul.

Neither of you is casual with anything -- especially not each other. Possessiveness is part of the territory, but since you both are that way, there isn't a problem. Once mated, Scorpio is yours for life, though you are a less possessive personality and might have trouble returning Scorpio's loyalty.

You, Leo, are extravagant and Scorpio is highly sophisticated when it comes to investments. Thank Heaven! Scorpio might be horrified at your spending, and beg you to keep to your budget, but the regal Lion is unhappy with limits. Leos think that cutbacks don't belong in a successful castle. In the end, water (Scorpio's element) is more powerful than fire (your element), and could prevail when tossed with force on Leo's flame.

Your relationship has to be handled with care because you are both such strong personalities. If you fall out of favor with one another, it could be a clash of the titans, complete with thunder and lightning. Try not to compete with each other, but instead, allow for each other's differences. Stubbornness on both sides will be the biggest danger. Deal with this effectively and you have a pairing with the strength of iron and flexibility of steel -- certainly stuff that is made to last. You have the possibility for a most powerful union -- make it work!

When Leo and Scorpio join together in a love match, the result is usually a dynamic and intense union. They are well tuned in to one another's needs; Scorpio demands respect and to be wanted while Leo needs to be adored and complimented constantly. They are both extremely loyal, and often possessive of one another. Both members of this love match are able to give the other what they need and while enjoying one another's strengths.Leo relishes comfort and luxury, often doing things on a grand scale. Leo tends to be flamboyant, and Scorpio will appreciate that and will be happy to be the audience Leo requires as long as there is equality in the relationship. Leo shines brighter and more insistently, evolving into the living, breathing manifestation of magnificence and luxury. Scorpio shies away from the limelight but likes to control the mechanics. Because both Signs are so determined, these partners really need to work to understand and accept one another.Leo is ruled by the Sun while Scorpio is ruled by the Planets Mars and Pluto. The Sun is about ego and self, and it radiates warmth and light. Leo indeed emits this kind of zeal and enthusiasm. Mars is about war, brashness and battle, and Pluto is the influence on Scorpio's inner dialogue. Ruled by the House of Sex, Pluto influences the idea of regeneration and rebirthing that is a current theme in Scorpio's life. Together, this abundance of male energy causes Leo and Scorpio to lighten their conflicts and assist one another. The Sun represents life, and Mars and Pluto represent ambition and the unconscious; as long as they take the time to really understand one another on a deep level, their romance is a positive one with high expectations.
Leo is a Fire Sign and Scorpio is a Water Sign. Leo demands the freedom to mingle, while Scorpio has a chameleon personality. Both Signs want to lead, but in different ways, and this common desire could end up causing ripples in an otherwise steady, smooth relationship. Like the Elements that influence them, these two have the ability to cancel one another out. At times, their relationship may not be so harmonious. However, both partners will realize that petty disputes are only a distraction, and as long as they can keep their egos at bay and give the relationship top priority, their conflicts can usually be resolved. Scorpio and Leo are both Fixed Signs. Both can be rigid, opinionated and resistant to change. They both tend to be persistent when working toward their goals. If they have a plan, they'll stick to it until they get what they want. They usually share a reluctance to change, preferring a stable and steady road. If they have dissimilar ideas about something, they may end up in a never-ending cycle of struggles. Scorpio won't budge because to them, it would be a sign of weakness. And Leo may think Scorpio is being too self-righteous. If they understand they're on the same side in the larger scheme of things, it's much easier for them to remain productive. What's the best aspect of the Leo-Scorpio relationship? It's their shared sense of dedication to one another and the projects they partake in. Both Signs have very powerful, yet strategically different, personalities. They are seen as a strong pair by others, and their dedication to fulfilling their desires makes theirs a strong love match.
Best Wishes and Good Luck :-)

i don't know, good question. I'm a Leo and I've never been with a Scorpio. lol I wonder why... I've yet to be with one though, to see what it's like. I actually don't know any Scoprios, now that I think about it! So, sorry I couldn't answer the first part of the question, but I do know that we're quite similar. In fact, I don't mean to sound like the stereotypical pride freak, but in all honesty, I really do find myself to carry the traits you've listed for Scorpio as well as for Leo. It depends on other parts of your chart though, I'd say. All your other personal planets pretty make or break the relationship. my planets seem to mesh well with a scorpio sun, except maybe for my mars sign. so? yeah. p.s. if we're spoiled, you're too sensitive for our liking. sorray, too bad! and we don't let everyone have their way either, hun.

Leo with Scorpio

Leo is fire and Scorpio is water, and together the two of you can produce a great deal of steam. The steam can be the creative vapour of two fine imaginations combining to generate wonderful ideas.

Leo's generous heart can help Scorpio to be more open in emotional expression, while Scorpio's depth of insight and compassion for human failings can help Leo to recognise that it's acceptable to be an ordinary human being. Joint creative projects can bring the best out of both of you.

But the steam might also be the hot atmosphere of emotional confrontations. Both of you are proud people with powerful personalities. It's likely that both of you recognise that you have met your match in each other - in strength and determination as well as in intensity. But neither of you is a good loser, and you can be stubborn if you feel you are being "bested". Both of you can be possessive, and you are not quick to forgive a betrayal.

If you honour each other's sensitivity and pride, you can keep your passion burning long after other couples have traded it in for safety and habit. Friends may sometimes feel they are watching the last act of a Verdi opera, but neither of you would have life any other way.

The Scorpio man

Let's strip away the glamour and the smokescreens and see what's underneath. The emotional needs of the Scorpio man are utterly human: affection, acceptance, reassurance, intimacy, love, companionship. In large quantities. Scorpio men cannot bear coldness or falseness in a partner. That mask of detachment is a mask. Remember that. No Scorpio man will advertise the fact that he's hurt or feeling neglected. You have to train as a telepath.

The Scorpio man is embarrassed by the presence of so much strong emotion in himself. That's when he becomes the hard-driving, ruthless, ambitious Scorpio of the textbook descriptions. But think of what it took to get him that way. Can you ever get a Scorpio man to let down his defences? Maybe. Maybe not. In the end, it isn't up to you. It rests with the Scorpio himself.

This isn't an easy man to live with. For one thing, you won't get straight answers if you ask pertinent questions like, "Do you love me?" On the other hand, you'll get brutal scrapings of the bottom of the barrel when you least want it - like a vicious hour-long analysis of your motives in flirting with So-and-so at the party, and why it stems from your sexual inadequacies and your rejection by your parents. If you thought you had secrets from him, think again.

The Scorpio man can cut deep if he wants to, and his need to retaliate can take precedence over tolerance and compassion. He can be very destructive when he's hitting back at you for some hurt you've inflicted on him without your even realising it. Tell you that you hurt his feelings? Not likely. Often he won't apologise either.

To live with this man, you must truly respect and like him. Passionate attraction alone isn't enough. And you must understand him - how his acute perceptions isolate him, what his depth of feeling does to him in a society which rewards superficiality, what his sensitivity means in a world which doesn't value it. If you can't like him, then leave him alone, because you'll never change him, and if you ask, he'll probably do the opposite.

This man doesn't appreciate either an Amazon or a clinging limpet. He wants to be needed. On the other hand, he respects strength. If you make allowances for his pride, which won't permit him to admit a wrong or lose a battle, no lover is more devoted, compassionate, insightful or gentle. Show your pain to a Scorpio man and he'll do anything for you. Treat him with shallowness, demean him, and you have no chance of receiving anything at all except his unpleasantness, which can be unbelievably unpleasant. And don't trifle. A Scorpio man who thinks he's being mocked with can be the most difficult person in the world. His pride won't allow it.

And what about the possessiveness? Well, let's be realistic. It's not going to go away. Nor is his feeling that he has the prerogative - for flirtations, for affairs, for whatever he feels he wants or needs - while you don't, since you're his. Because there's a battleground inside him, the Scorpio man perceives life as a battleground, and you're either on his side or not. It's that simple. This man can't forgive betrayal, but it's a much deeper issue than mere sexual betrayal. When he gives his love, he bares his soul, and if you betray that, you've lost him. Forever. You can betray him even if you're sexually constant, just by treating his deepest and most passionate beliefs and convictions with contempt or dismissal.

Somewhere deep inside, the Scorpio man is a warrior fighting for the truth. He may not think in such grand metaphysical terms, and he might not welcome too much probing of his motives. But there it is. You don't turn to your comrade on the battlefield and say, "Well, actually, I think the enemy might have a point. Let's be reasonable and discuss where you're at fault."

You're for him or against him. He's prepared to offer the same passionately loyalty he expects in return. The best gift you can give him is to believe in him, and side with him when he's going through one of his "The world doesn't understand me!" phases. Scorpio trusts few people because few people are really trustworthy. Give him your true allegiance, and you'll have a genuine dyed-in-the-wool champion for life

Well, Leo is a Fire sign, and Scorpio is water. But it also depends on what your Moon signs are and what your Venus (love) are and if they are compatible. For example, i am a fire sign and i am suppose to get along with Aries males. And i HATE them. My Moon sign is in Taurus, my "Rising sign" is in Scorpio and my Venus is in Capricorn. I attract alot of Virgo males. Why, b/c of the Taurus and Cappy influences, which are Earth signs, like a Virgo is. Whatever..go with your heart.

Scorpio and Taurus are sunny Leo's worse enemies. They rain on your parade.

Hi Adonna:

If you need to know if two people can harmonize using astrology, you have to study the entire natal chart. Astrology can tell you what potentialities you can honor and what points you have to solve to have a liaison that satisfy yourselves,

Everyone are compatible if they identify their ‘critical points’ and lay the bricks in accord to lifestyle that pleases them.

The Solar Sign only give you a general idea about some one…. And with a general idea you can’t know if there is compatibility or not between two persons
