I think you should be just a little curious. Ask her how she's dong sometiumes.
She might have something bothering her that she won't tell any one in her house hold about. But there is something there for her to choose that and then say she is curious about a better life

Has she ever had any suicidal tendencies??Does she stay to herself a lot??Does she have friends(real friends) with bright outlooks on life??It's hard to say this day and age we live in..She might just be trying to adapt to our pop culture age and just happens to like those sort of things..I wouldn't be too overbearing but it may not be such a bad idea to sit down and have a talk with her about life and how hers is going.. Let her know if she ever needs someone to talk to you are there for her and are willing to listen..She'll probably look at you like you are crazy but just convey that point and let her know you care..

I would be worried for her. She apparently has a couple of others running around in her head. You should talk to a doctor about what she's doing! sounds like a split personality in a bad form!

Yes, i would strongly suggest a good counselor/psychologist/psychiatrist. Maybe she is depressed, i.e. pretending to smile. Either way it wouldn't hurt for her to talk to someone-anything mentioning suicide is a red flag to see a doctor.

Sounds like it would be good if she had someone to talk to and confide in. Are you able to spend time with her... talk to her on her level? Be casual and offer friendship.. it may take time for her to confide in you. Spend a lot of quality time with her and center on her interests not yours... gain her trust and then cautiously try some open conversation.

sounds pretty typical. My parents always told me it was a phase and I would grow out of it. After 35yrs I can safely say it is not a phase and I do enjoy who I am.
