Okay, I know this is gonna sound all weird and a little self absorbed. I live in a town where there isn't a whole lot of diversity going on, so basically I feel that everytime I walk into a room or a bar, most guys will give me this "look" or "stare." Am I being self conscious or paranoid here? I mean really, what do you guys think about asian girl in general? Details please.

People in general stare at things they find appealing and/or different. Your not being self conscious or paranoid if you see them giving you a look or stare they most likely are. If you catchem stairing smile at a cute one :D if they smile back then its good..really good.. lol
It is really uncomfortable for most people until you learn WHY people are staring, then it sorta becomes annoying or fun.
Staring people can be vicious on your mind male and female.
Some guys love the asain girls and some dont... and some dont care as long as its a girl :O
Smile and be yourself and youll find out fast whats goin on.

I was taught by a mentor a few years ago that people, in general, react differently such as stare when they don't understand.
Therefore...smile and be proud, okay! The guys are interested in you because they fully do not know the Asian race, history and your beautiful, rich culture.
I honestly do not believe they are being rude...they're just interested and therefore, they are observing you because, most likely, they "like what they see".
Another important factor to remember....
"American men are very intrique with Asian women."
I believe I heard this comment on Dr.Phil's or another talk show. I am not sure so please don't quote me. I saw this approximately 3 years ago. However, the show was doing a survey on men and Asian women was #1 among all the races no matter what race of men they interviewed.

The NASCAR forum is not the only forum where game-pointing and collusion is common. It happens on the Golf forum constantly.Some of those guys will get 8 votes for Best Answer but only 2 people even responded the question. It's just so obvious but if the points actually meant something I might get concerned. Yahoo!Answers don't care because they're too busy monitoring questions and answers with the words gay or gosh darn in them.

ok no it does not sound weird at all, firstly being asian could have something to do with it paranoid NO, be proud you are asian so what if people are staring at you, take it as a compliment, that people are looking at you, it,s ok to be a bit self concious it,s good to know you are being checked out, I really don,t know guys opinion in general but peesonally i think asian females are easy the eye,

or
B) discriminatory
Most guys will say asian chicks are appealing, so I'm placing a bet on A. Either way, hold your head up high and show no guff!

psh.. men are perverts and bars are usually the place for them to find a girl who will make them happy for one night. I don't really know what guys think about asian girls in general, but i would like to know because i'm an asian girl myself.

It's because most of you seem to hang with your own kind.So a lot of people think it's odd to see you out by yourself.And yes we know there's nothing wrong with it,just find it to be odd when you do it.
