I know that softball is a girl sport, and I accidently bought a softball glove which I thought was a baseball glove. I didn't realize until it was too late and now I can't return it. So, my question is whether it would be weird for a guy to play catch with a softball glove because if it is, I can go and buy a baseball glove.

I have never heard of a maxium glove size in baseball, but it may be different for different leagues. Its usually not to your advantage using a softball glove in baseball because the deep pocket makes it hard to get the ball out fast. If you are just using it to play catch or rec ball, its not a big deal. Also it depends on how big it is too. I know they make smaller softball gloves. If it happens to be a 11" or 12" its not that big anyways.

Lots of men play softball. There are more softball leagues than baseball leagues for men.

Did you buy a woman's or men's softball glove? That is the question.

Softball is for old men or little girls. Take some time and by real glove it will also be better for you.

Not at all. But you will not be allowed to use it in official games. There is some regulation about the depth of the pocket. But for just playing catch, no problem.

You could try selling it on ebay.
