Depends on why you want to block the voice. I would say surround youself with others who understand and keep very busy. I know that sounds lame but at the age of almost 50 years. For me that sounds best

If it's a voice you love, you would not want to block it. If it's a voice you don't want to hear, go elsewhere and don't think about it.

if i understand you want to block your voice use sound filters to remove Base add treble E.T.C. or loads More i like the robotic one makes you sound like MR HAWKINS.lol some sound cards come with them
