I have a PB G4 SD 10.4. I deleted an application from my internal HD, it is sitting in my bootable backup external HD. Since running my last backup, I have new files and apps in my internal drive that I don't want to lose.
How do I get that 1 app and it's associated files and folders back into my internal drive without having to erase and install the backup into the internal drive?

Browse directly to the file you want and right click on it. Then select copy. go back to C: drive and right click. Select Paste. It will copy that file over to the C: drive
