I am a 24 year old african american woman, 5'7 and about 180 lbs. ,and I wear a size 14-16.Now...I know I'm no Kate Moss, but I'm not Mo'Nique either...but I just want some advice on what kind of truly SEXY lingerie can a bigger girl get away with wearing and still look cute...and where do I get it? I want something that is cute but at the same time covers up "some" of the jelly rolls...lol. Please let me know what you think.

I do! I practicly live at Victoria's Secret and buy a ton of sexy lingerie from their catalogs. The only kind that is a little uncomfortable are the ones with an under wire under the bust but it's still more comfortable than most bras. A lot of times I'll wear the sexiest and prettiest around the house at night and if the wire digging into my ribcage starts to get to me, I'll just switch into one without wires. It's no big deal. I just love to waer it because it's so beautiful. When I pass by a mirror, I don't want to gag.

sure you could wear it...there's nothing saying heavier or "thick" women cant. it just means they have more curves to show off. try lane bryant if you have one in your hometown. victorias secret, ive noticed, makes lingerie for thiner women. I have a hard time finding stuff there for me and I'm a size 10. JC penny also may have some that you may like. Good luck and go for it!

I say yes. Try wearing a garter belt and stockings or a bustier or corset. They are extremely sexy, and stockings make the legs look thinner than pantyhose especially black ones. They are also very sexy,and you do not have to remove them like pantyhose when the intimate moments come, so you keep the look going. Yes, just as long as you aren't sloppy looking and hanging out everywhere. A perfect example of a 'Thick' girl who where's Lingirie and looks great is Beyonce. When she gets 'Thick', she said she wears a size 14, and she looks fabulous!
Marilyn Monroe was also 'Thick' and she is known for being a sex symbol. She was also a size 14.

why not I'm a size 20, i thought i wouldn't look good in any lingerie,but some Lady at Lovers Package help me to see that we can all look good, my husband enjoyed it. P.S I wish i could get back to size 14-16.
