Rationality means with reason. Person with reasoning power will take less biased decisions; he will examine each problem on its merit therefore he will be more liked by the people.

rational- what is rational? it is said that rational is actions or behaviour considered acceptable by society

how does it affect?
well as people try to suit themselves in society, they follow these "social rules" and their behaviour tends to change accordingly...this is how their personality develops over time..
